Job Summary
Lead the Nav SDK team in advancing the maps and navigation ecosystem by mentoring engineers, fostering collaboration, and driving strategic objectives aligned with company goals. Define product roadmaps in partnership with Product and Engineering teams to shape the roadmap for Maps SDKs, while playing a key role in envisioning and evolving rendering engines for business and product planning. Manage cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products and uphold high standards of quality for the developer experience. Requires 3+ years of engineering management experience, 5+ years in mobile software development, and fluency in English. Full-time, 40 hours per week, remote in Poland.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of engineering management experience
- Proven track record of leading technical teams to deliver impactful products
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 5+ people
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in mobile software development (iOS or Android)
- Experience developing Mobile SDKs
- Strong understanding of SDK architecture
- Strong understanding of API design
- Strong understanding of design patterns
- Best practices for building and maintaining reusable developer platforms
- Professional fluency in English (C1 level minimum)
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Maps and Location Technologies, such as GIS systems
