Job Summary
Engineering Manager for Core R&D (Mobile) at Healthie, leading the Mobile and one Backend engineering team to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of Healthie’s core systems. Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, owning squad roadmaps, coordinating with Product and cross-functional partners on architectural decisions, championing engineering best practices for secure and maintainable code, and fostering an empowered, high-performing team. Ideal candidate has 8+ years as a software engineer, 2+ years leading teams (preferably in SaaS), strong hands-on experience with Rails, React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Postgres, Redis, Sidekiq, RSpec, Capybara, and experience with mobile applications (iOS, Android, or React Native). The role is full-time and hybrid, located at the LA office (North Hollywood) with 3 days in office; US work authorization required. Required Qualifications
