Job Summary
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of capital projects exceeding $1M, managing scope, cost, and schedules to deliver plant equipment and process systems improvements. Direct the Engineering Department by supervising project teams, defining deliverables, and administering performance reviews while enforcing safety and environmental regulations. Oversee plant energy and utility systems, including electricity, water, and steam, and manage automation projects and repairs. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and supply chain partners to resolve conflicts and optimize service costs. Champion continuous improvement initiatives and maintain effective employee relations within the department.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of ten years' experience in engineering assignments as a Manager
