Job Summary
Lead and grow MEP/S design practices in the Mid-West region as the Engineering Manager, coordinating between the corporate Engineering Practice and regional offices (Minneapolis, MN and Eau Claire, WI). Responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary facility design efforts, proposal development, basis-of-design creation, project oversight, quality reviews, and professional sealing of documents; mentoring and recruiting engineering staff; driving energy efficiency, electrification, and decarbonization initiatives; engaging with clients, presenting reports, and supporting business development. Requires managing project teams, coordinating with architects/project managers/contractors, leading QA/QC, and serving as Engineer-of-Record within your discipline. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and PE license, strong MEP/S expertise, client-facing communication skills, and proficiency with Office; AutoCAD/Revit experience is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Experience with MEP/S engineering design
- Strong QA/QC capabilities
- Ability to lead development of construction documents and support bidding and construction activities
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with AutoCAD and Revit is a plus
- Strong team-oriented mindset
