Job Summary
Engineering Manager leading a staff of civil/environmental/chemical engineers and CAD/designers in water/wastewater infrastructure. Manage and lead design for phys/chem and bio treatment, PFD/mass balance development, P&ID development, site and equipment layouts, and process piping and controls. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, preparing reports, design drawings, technical specifications, permit submittals, and proposals; developing client relationships; leading project teams; ensuring project completion, budget monitoring, and AR collections.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Engineering
- PA PE registration or ability to quickly acquire PA PE through reciprocity
- 15+ years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure design
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good presentation and public speaking skills
- Technically competent, team player, good communication abilities
- Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle and criminal record
