Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager role overseeing all engineering and maintenance operations across W London Soho, with focus on safety, security, regulatory compliance, and asset protection. Leads management of mechanical systems, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, electrical systems, energy conservation and efficiency, vendor contracts, preventative maintenance, and renovations. Responsible for tender processes, contract performance, life-safety systems, guest-service delivery, and budget management while maintaining high standards for building compliance and asset protection.
