Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of 12+ software engineers on Scrum teams, coaching and providing leadership in design/code reviews and process improvements. Drive performance feedback, interview and hire new team members, and maintain project timelines. Must be highly technical with strong C programming on Linux and Python, and comfortable shaping high-performance software. The role involves developing algorithms and data structures, contributing to REST API initiatives, and working onsite in Monmouth County, NJ two days per week.
Required Qualifications
- BS or MS degree in a technical discipline is desired
- Experience leading software engineers on Scrum teams
- Strong C programming language
- Linux operating system
- Python
- Lead and manage a team of 12+ software engineers/programmers
- Interview and hire new team members
- Experience in an Agile Development environment
- Extensive experience with the C-Language, preferably on Linux platforms
- BS or MS degree in a technical discipline is desired
- Onsite in Monmouth County NJ two days per week
