Job Summary
Lead, coach, and support engineers in delivering high-quality software for music software, platform capabilities, and product integrations. Partner with product management and design to plan, prioritize, and execute roadmaps while improving engineering processes, technical standards, and delivery predictability. Help resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to support stability, performance, maintainability, and quality across the product domain. Build team capacity through mentoring, hiring support, and career development, identifying opportunities for shared technology and reusable components across inMusic brands. Guide architecture and delivery with strong technical judgment, working across product, design, QA, and business stakeholders to connect technical delivery to product and business priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering leadership experience in software, audio/music technology, platform systems, or hardware/software products
- Strong technical judgment and ability to guide architecture and delivery without over-centralizing decisions
- Experience managing engineers and supporting career development
- Ability to work across product, design, QA, and business stakeholders
- Track record improving team execution and engineering practices
- Practical, outcome-oriented approach to technical problem solving
