Job Summary
Lead, coach, and support engineers in delivering high-quality software while partnering with product management and design to plan, prioritize, and execute roadmaps. Improve engineering processes, technical standards, and delivery predictability by helping resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, and trade-offs. Support stability, performance, maintainability, and quality across the product domain, and build team capacity through mentoring, hiring support, and career development. Identify opportunities for shared technology, reusable components, and integration across inMusic brands. Work on products and platforms used by creators, producers, performers, DJs, and musicians around the world to help shape the future of music creation technology.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering leadership experience in software, audio/music technology, platform systems, or hardware/software products
- Strong technical judgment and ability to guide architecture and delivery without over-centralizing decisions
- Experience managing engineers and supporting career development
- Ability to work across product, design, QA, and business stakeholders
- Track record improving team execution and engineering practices
- Practical, outcome-oriented approach to technical problem solving
