Job Summary
Define and deliver the next version of Authentication and Authorization systems. Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability for critical flows by actively coding, participating in technical discussions, and leading system design. Mentor engineers through code reviews and coaching to maintain high-quality, maintainable solutions that scale. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and diverse stakeholders across the company to align technical excellence with business objectives. Foster a culture of ownership, autonomy, and open communication while managing stakeholders throughout the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and delivering impactful, scalable solutions
- strong foundation in software engineering
- deep system design skills
- hands-on experience in technologies such as Java, Postgres and Redis
- experience working with critical, high-load, distributed systems

- Must be available for in-office work at least 3 days a week on average
