Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required
- 15+ years of experience in the electrical industry
- 10+ years of experience with field applications and engineering of power products
- 2+ years of international experience in the electric power industry
- Proven success in managing and developing engineering teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Experience using simulation and design software for components used in transformers, switchgear, and voltage regulator applications
- Excellent communication skills
