Job Summary
Lead two engineering teams in cloud delivery environments by defining and executing product and technical roadmaps. Manage team composition, recruitment, and development through feedback loops, OKRs, and coaching while fostering autonomy and collaboration across squads. Drive the transformation to a microservices architecture on GCP, ensuring adherence to global tech standards, observability, and security. Champion continuous delivery practices, manage technical debt, and guide developers in leveraging AI tools. Serve as a servant leader, balancing management, facilitation, and mentorship to maintain high performance and alignment with business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Une expérience réussie en tant que manager d'au moins une équipe
- Une posture du servant leader
- La capacité à adapter ta communication à tes interlocuteurs
- Une aptitude à convaincre et te laisser convaincre
- La connaissance et l'application la philosophie derrière les pratiques telles que le Software Craftmanship, le DevOps, ou les méthodes agiles
- Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral
