Engineering Manager H/F

Lead a team of Project Engineers to manage all engineering activities for specific projects, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, budgeted hours, and schedules. Define discipline organization, processes, and methods while optimizing workflows based on KPIs. Allocate resources, monitor performance, and coordinate with other disciplines and external partners to deliver engineering outputs. Manage workload situations to maintain productivity and work-life balance. Review man-hours, MTO quantities, and cost estimates on proposals; support discipline engineers on close-out and lessons learned activities. Identify and qualify new vendors and subcontractors. Represent the discipline toward management, clients, vendors, and projects.
