Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 7+ years of experience in engineering within a manufacturing environment

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers
