Engineering Manager

Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day operations of the Engineering Department, overseeing corrective and preventive maintenance across GGP Parks. Manage work requests, preventive maintenance schedules, and team workload distribution while conducting facility inspections to improve asset reliability. Administer the CMMS, analyze performance metrics to drive operational decisions, and develop departmental operating budgets. Lead and manage the Engineering Team, including performance management, training, scheduling, and recruiting. Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, lead safety initiatives, and manage contractor and vendor relationships. Forecast maintenance and capital needs in collaboration with park leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of facility management experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience managing maintenance or technical personnel
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to operate company vehicles
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as required
- Ability to climb ladders and work at varying heights
- Good manual dexterity for operating tools, equipment, computers, and maintenance systems
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varied weather and environmental conditions
- Visual and auditory ability sufficient to safely inspect facilities, equipment, and maintenance activities
- Ability to receive a negative result on a 10-panel, pre-placement drug screening to include THC
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Equivalent experience or applicable contractor licensure
- Experience operating heavy equipment, including forklift, manlift, tractor, skid steer, and similar equipment
