Job Summary
Engineering Manager overseeing hotel maintenance for Four Seasons Mumbai. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing hotel equipment (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety), assisting in hiring/training/supervising maintenance staff, planning preventive maintenance, managing procurement and vendor interactions, maintaining logs and stock, developing policies, monitoring energy and utility consumption, ensuring safety/emergency procedures, and coordinating with other departments to ensure high guest experiences. Requires strong technical knowledge of building maintenance, ability to supervise teams, and commitment to energy conservation and hospitality standards.
