Engineering Manager - Foundational Services

Job Summary
Manage two engineering groups building shared services for login, account updates, and benefits access across all Outside products. Drive product and architecture decisions with product and design counterparts while triaging inbound requests from customer service and cross-team stakeholders. Establish modern engineering practices including CI/CD, distributed tracing, and observability dashboards, and mentor engineers on technical planning documents. Run regular 1:1s, goal-setting conversations, and hiring to align engineers on expectations and career growth. Work closely with partner teams to ensure Identity & Subscription becomes the default foundation as products expand.
