Job Summary
Lead the full software development lifecycle for core file features, driving end-to-end execution from initial design through production rollout. Partner with senior architects and Product Management to define the roadmap for multi-server and directory services, making critical trade-offs that balance innovative feature delivery with long-term system stability. Manage and mentor a team of 5–8 engineers, championing rigorous testing strategies and CI/CD health to foster operational excellence and defect prevention. Align team objectives with global business goals by managing dependencies across Protocol and Security teams, ensuring smooth, predictable releases that meet strict security and auditing standards. Work from the Prague office in compliance with company policies.
