Job Summary
Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver Facilities and Infrastructure across Midwest Boeing sites, providing technical leadership, mentorship, and collaboration with stakeholders to address operations, maintenance, reliability, and capital/Project execution. Drive continuous improvement, asset management, and long-range capital planning; review technical approaches for quality, compliance, and business alignment; coach and develop engineers to sustain high performance; partner with customers and peers to enable safe, reliable, and efficient facilities and infrastructure. Requires on-site leadership in Hazelwood, MO with regional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (or greater) from an accredited engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry program OR other technical degree
- At least one year of leadership experience (team leader, temp manager, large-scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completed Boeing internal leadership program
- Experience with Maximo or other Computerized Maintenance Software Systems
- Experience with oversight of budgets and financial data
- Ability to travel domestically up to 25%
