Job Summary
Engineering Manager to lead the Brazil-based DataHub squad, driving delivery of global Mappers and DataHub integrations. Combines people leadership, delivery ownership, and hands-on technical guidance to expand DataHub capabilities and establish Brazil as a global hub for self-service integrations. Responsibilities include leading and developing an engineering team, owning delivery planning with Product and global stakeholders, providing hands-on architecture and technical leadership, driving full-stack delivery (Java/Spring Boot with Angular or React), collaborating with global teams to expand integrations, ensuring robust testing and CI/CD practices, incident management and continuous improvement, promoting inner-source contributions, maintaining security and code quality, communicating with stakeholders across regions, and supporting hiring and talent development. Requires strong backend and distributed systems experience, proven leadership, Java Spring Boot REST APIs and microservices expertise, experience with AWS (including EKS), Docker, Kubernetes, experience with OpenAPI/Jenkins/SonarQube/security tools, global stakeholder management, incident management and observability, people leadership, AI-native mindset, and advanced English proficiency; hybrid work in São Paulo is required.
