Job Summary
Engineering Manager, Enterprise to scale Wispr Flow's enterprise engineering efforts: own architecture, roadmap, and quality; hire and coach an engineering team; extend enterprise-readiness features (SSO/SAML, SCIM, RBAC, audit logging, admin console, data residency, SOC 2, ISO 27001); build tooling for Sales/CS to support a massively scaling business; stay hands-on as a player-coach; partner with PM and Head of Sales to achieve ambitious enterprise goals.

- Experience leading teams from SMB or product-led motion into the enterprise
- Proven track record delivering commitments under customer pressure and through incidents/outages
- Domain instinct for enterprise problems and mentoring others
- Engineering management experience and ability to rebuild engineering management for the agentic era
- Engineering judgment to assess quality and velocity of team output and contribute when needed
- Intrinsic motivation to motivate and recruit others
- Ability to stay hands-on and ground work in codebase as a player-coach
- Strong collaboration with product management and sales to drive enterprise initiatives
- Experience building enterprise-readiness features (SSO, SAML, SCIM, RBAC, audit logging, admin console, data residency, SOC 2, ISO 27001)
- Experience enabling Sales and Customer Success teams with tooling for scale
