Job Summary
Lead the Setup & Rollout team owning critical integrations for enterprise identity and security ecosystems, including SSO, SCIM provisioning, SIEM integrations, and audit logging. Drive technical strategy for the confidential computing platform and pioneer AI/LLM applications on secure infrastructure. Build a high-performing team of senior backend and web extension engineers by recruiting, coaching, and fostering autonomy while delivering features that impact enterprise revenue and retention. Collaborate with Product and Design to refine roadmaps, shape technical initiatives, and improve product stability and security. Accelerate AI adoption across the SDLC and lead managerial efforts to optimize systems as the business scales rapidly.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- 2+ years of experience in people and project management
- Fluency in English
- You have a BS in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Management, or similar relevant field
Desired Qualifications
- Javascript/Typescript experience
- Experience with a company at roughly Dashlane's size and scaling up (100-500 employees)
- Experience working in a distributed team across multiple timezones
- Strong interest in cybersecurity
- Someone actively leveraging AI tools in their current work, with an informed perspective on how AI impacts team delivery, productivity, and engineering quality
