Engineering Manager - Engineering Quality Management

Lead a team of Quality Assurance engineers to oversee engineering quality control and assurance processes, including regular compliance audits against Torc's QMS system and safety, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards. Deliver practical quality management procedures for the autonomous driving product line by completing root cause analysis activities and driving efficiency improvements. Collaborate with Development and V&V teams to plan, execute, and deliver quality assurance activities while communicating QMS processes and work instructions across the transportation ecosystem. Perform people leadership responsibilities including new hire selection, onboarding, performance management, and resource planning. Identify and report on release artifacts throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring proper baseline identification and configuration item release versioning. Facilitate QMS training materials and regular audits to leadership, outlining findings and follow-up improvements. Manage hiring needs and assist in recruiting across multidisciplinary teams.
