Engineering Manager (Early Stage Scope)

Engineering Manager leads the Development Engineering function for Enfinity Global's renewable-energy developments, serving as the primary engineering interface with external partner PVI. Responsible for translating development requirements into clear, prioritized engineering scopes; ensuring bankable, constructible, and commercially viable projects; producing preliminary layouts, energy-yield estimates, grid-connection feasibility and single-line diagrams; supporting permitting and environmental studies; reviewing technical assumptions used in financial models (CAPEX, P50/P90, losses, availability); managing the workload and quality gates for PVI deliverables; evolving development-stage engineering standards and handover packages; and leading a small-to-mid sized internal team while coordinating with Pre-Construction, BESS Engineering, Permitting, Grid and Land teams. Strong emphasis on technical leadership, risk assessment, and bridging commercial and engineering perspectives. Skills in PVsyst, AutoCAD, GIS, energy modeling, and stakeholder communication are essential.
