Job Summary
Engineering Manager for Drive Qualification leads a Bangalore-based team dedicated to validating Everpure-developed SSDs across performance, reliability, and firmware maturity. Own the end-to-end qualification strategy for hyperscale and datastore programs, establishing a center of excellence for system-level robustness. Partner with global hardware, firmware, and analytics teams to deliver comprehensive qualification coverage and release readiness. Drive the execution roadmap for core qualification domains (PCIe, NVMe/OCP, power-loss robustness), scale testing through Python/Linux automation, regression infrastructure, and data dashboards. Foster cross-functional alignment, mentor multi-level teams, and translate objectives into validation roadmaps while communicating quality risks to diverse technical audiences. Work from the Bangalore, India office in compliance with company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering leadership experience in validation or engineering teams within enterprise storage, SSD, firmware, or complex platform testing environments
- Deep technical knowledge of system-level stress testing, SSD qualification workflows, PCIe/NVMe/OCP
