Job Summary
Lead and grow a team of highly skilled engineers while driving development of NvSci technology for next-generation automotive and embedded applications. Apply and invent processes to ensure high software quality and reliable schedules, directly collaborating with other groups to align technology development with NVIDIA goals. Manage a matrix team of globally distributed engineers with a strong focus on software quality, mentorship, and developing engineering staff. Prioritize experience with industrial quality standards including ASPICE, ISO 26262, and ISO 21434. This role supports NVIDIA DRIVE OS communication infrastructure, enabling developers to build software frameworks that leverage hardware acceleration across data centers and vehicles.
Required Qualifications
- BS or MS degree in EE/CS/CE or equivalent experience
- 8+ overall years of software development
- 3+ years of management experience
- Effective written and verbal communication regardless of audience or problem complexity
- Organizational skills to lead projects and drive software development with a matrix team of globally distributed engineers
- Experience with mentorship and developing engineering staff
- Embedded Software development background
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Agile experience, especially with distributed teams and matrix projects
- Prior leadership of rapidly growing teams
- Experience with industrial quality standards: ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434
