Engineering Manager

Own projects from a high-level perspective, defining their scope, structure, and success metrics while ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and with high quality. Partner with clients and internal stakeholders during presales to shape proposals and technical solutions, then act as a bridge between business and technology to translate objectives into engineering strategies and roadmaps. Play an active role on the Dev Board to contribute to company-wide strategic and technical direction, driving continuous improvement in processes, tools, and cross-team collaboration. Conduct performance evaluations for projects and individuals, mentor engineers and leads, and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability. Serve as a liaison between engineering and departments including business development, partnership management, operations, and talent & culture to ensure alignment.
