Job Summary
Lead and grow the Enterprise Foundation team, owning technical direction for foundational capabilities in administration, permissions, access controls, and organization-level configuration. Partner with Product, Design, Security, and customer-facing teams to translate complex B2B needs into scalable, secure product experiences that support large enterprise adoption. Drive architecture and execution decisions that balance urgent customer requirements with reusable system investments, ensuring reliability and privacy across growing organizations.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of engineering management experience leading teams of engineers
- track record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong talent
- strong technical depth
- ability to independently reason about architecture, system design, engineering tradeoffs, and the complexity of work their team owns
- experience building B2B or enterprise software
- experience involving areas such as permissions, identity and access, administration, governance, collaboration, security, or organization-level product capabilities
- experience shipping and operating customer-facing systems at scale
- demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- ability to proactively manage tasks and priorities across multiple projects
- ability to analyze and execute work efficiently
- ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments
