Job Summary
Engineering Manager for Data Platforms Product Owner & Engineering Delivery leading major data platform initiatives (Finance Data Layer/data lakehouse) and owning the product roadmap. Lead a technical team, ensure on-time/on-budget delivery, mentor individual contributors, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver data solutions that meet evolving needs. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day development, testing, and implementation of data platform solutions, driving product strategy and roadmaps, and guiding technical decision-making across cross-functional teams. Requires strong communication, leadership, and experience with enterprise data domains, Snowflake, and cloud data platforms; SAP/EPM and AI/ML experience are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of technical/professional experience
- Programming in Java, Python, Scala (or similar)
- Experience with enterprise data domains (Finance and HR)
- Experience with Snowflake
- Experience leading data & analytics platforms and project leadership
- Product management experience for data & analytics solutions
- Experience with high-scale cloud data platforms
- Ability to manage multiple high-standard projects with stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Master’s Degree a Plus
