Job Summary
Lead Platform Engineering to deliver manufacturing diagnostics and tools for the Everpure Direct Flash Module product line. Collaborate with hardware, firmware, software, and manufacturing test teams; manage the full software development lifecycle; hire, manage, and mentor software engineers; drive on-time delivery and ongoing innovation while aligning with product requirements and company roadmaps. Requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent, 7+ years of software development experience, 3+ years leading engineering teams, 2+ years collaborating with remote teams, and experience with Linux, Python, and storage-related technologies (NAND/Flash). Strong communication and Agile/DevOps skills; experience delivering system software for Enterprise or Consumer domains; prior leadership of 7+ engineers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent
- 7+ years of software development experience as an individual contributor
- 3+ years experience building and leading engineering teams as a manager
- 2+ years experience collaborating with remote teams
- Experience in developing and delivering products requiring systems programming in Linux and Python
- Knowledge about NAND and Flash memory
- Experience in Agile and DevOps practices
- Managed a team of 7+ software development engineers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
