Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager/Maintenance Manager leads Club Quarters' hotel maintenance team to ensure safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing operations across the property. Responsibilities include supervising and scheduling the maintenance team, conducting performance evaluations, coordinating with hotel departments, and recruiting staff. The role administers fire and life safety, security, energy conservation programs, and compliance with OSHA and building codes; manages preventative maintenance programs for guest rooms and facilities; supervises repairs, negotiates service agreements, monitors guest feedback, and ensures timely project execution within budget. Requires minimum three years of supervisory experience in hotel maintenance and strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical). Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to train and mentor staff. Certifications related to HVAC, electrical, or plumbing are preferred.
