Job Summary
Lead a team of engineers building scalable backend and platform services for machine identity at enterprise scale. Drive the full development lifecycle, mentor engineers, and partner with Product, Design, and Engineering Leadership to align technical delivery with platform strategy. Guide system design and architectural decisions for services operating at scale and work with platform, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver reliable systems. This role focuses on building foundational cloud platform services for identity security, solving complex distributed systems challenges, and influencing platform direction in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years in an engineering management role
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and service-oriented architecture
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
