Job Summary
Engineering Manager, Clinical Intelligence leads a team of engineers in an agile, code-contributing capacity, coaching up to 5 engineers, and shaping the engineering practice. Responsibilities include TDD, pair programming, delivering quality code aligned with business goals, collaborating with product/design to deploy AI features, and guiding cross-team efforts to improve reliability and operational efficiency. The role involves hands-on coding up to 50% in a hybrid IC/manager setup, participating in on-call rotations, and working within a remote-first culture with an NYC office. Healthcare interoperability and EHR integration experience, along with Ruby on Rails and React/TypeScript familiarity, are desirable. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and reside in the United States.
