Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager leading the Enclosures & Light Fabrications team in Caterpillar's German development center, responsible for disclosing and overseeing the design and integration of enclosure, lightweight structural components, fuel tanks, hydraulic oil tanks, and counterweights for machines; manages project lifecycle from concept to serial release, validates components, and ensures cost, quality, and schedule targets; coordinates with other design teams across locations; drives APQP, quality and CPI/CIDIM activities; technical accountability for wagon layout and component arrangement; collaborates with procurement and international engineering teams; strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills; emphasis on teamwork, customer-oriented results, and cross-functional collaboration; base minimum pay noted; onsite five days a week; visa sponsorship not available.
