Job Summary
Engineering Manager to lead the firm’s engineering and design staff in Columbus, OH. Will develop and implement methods to meet operational goals, including hiring/training/retaining engineers and designers, and delivering high-quality, accurate design products. Responsibilities include collaboration on development/maintenance of standard company design documents, templates and tools, providing QA/QC oversight for stormwater management calculations and related reports (including stormwater pollution prevention plans), staying current with industry and regulatory standards, and balancing competitive pricing with efficient performance to maximize profitability.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Civil Engineer or equivalent
- Ohio PE License or ability to secure via reciprocity
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Civil 3D
