Job Summary
Lead and develop a team of senior engineers in national-scale, high-impact digital banking platforms. Set clear technical direction, guide architecture and design decisions, and balance hands-on technical work with people leadership. Collaborate with product and business partners to translate needs into practical, scalable solutions, while focusing on stability, simplicity, and reliable release and run processes. You’ll operate within a culture that values thoughtful engineering, cross-functional collaboration, and the delivery of systems that affect everyday banking for millions of clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Engineering
- A relevant post-graduate qualification in Information Technology
- Experience leading software engineering teams
- Strong technical background with architecture and design guidance
- Experience with large-scale, business-critical systems
- Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, DevOps pipelines, and CD concepts
