Job Summary
As an Engineering Manager for the Billing Platform, you will lead the development of core billing and payments infrastructure, ensuring reliability and transparency. You'll establish high standards for system uptime and data integrity while driving operational excellence. This role demands strong people management skills with 2-3 years of experience managing engineering teams, and requires technical acumen in backend and distributed systems. Excellent communication skills and organizational prowess are essential for cross-functional collaboration with Product, Finance, and Legal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong people management and team leadership with 2-3 years of experience managing engineering teams
- Strong backend and distributed systems fundamentals
- Experience in monitoring, alerting, and incident management
- Excellent technical communication skills
- Extremely organized
