Engineering Manager for Core R&D at Healthie, leading one of the Backend engineering teams responsible for the scalability, reliability, and performance of billing, insurance, and payments infrastructure. Drive execution of squad roadmaps, mentor engineers, shape architectural decisions with Product, and advance AI-enabled engineering practices to increase velocity and quality. Requires strong technical leadership, collaboration across teams, and a track record of building scalable, secure backend systems using Rails, React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and related technologies.
