Job Summary
Engineering Manager for AUTOP at Doctolib, leading a 6-engineer team to define the technical vision for CI/CD, testing infrastructure, and developer environments, while treating internal developers as customers and driving platform adoption. Responsibilities include recruiting and mentoring engineers, conducting performance reviews, shaping strategy for automation, quality, reliability, and security, and partnering with product and platform teams to solve cross-cutting challenges. Required Qualifications
