Lead a remote Engineering Manager role for Authentication Services focused on building and evolving secure, scalable authentication workflows and identity verification. Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience managing a team of engineers and owning and operating a service
- Deep experience with cloud native infrastructure and backend technologies
- Ability to create and maintain a positive, healthy team environment in which everyone is supported, encouraged, and meaningfully challenged to do great work
- Capable of driving the delivery of projects, and creating roadmaps for future work
- You have helped a team scale both themselves and the services they are responsible for
- Experience managing a remote team
