Job Summary
Lead and grow a team of engineers responsible for Netflix's SCM, artifact, and CI infrastructure. Own the strategy for build, CI, and SCM systems to drive reliability, efficiency, and scale across the build ecosystem. Lead the development of the next-generation CI platform on GitHub Cloud and Actions while coordinating with hundreds of engineering teams. Identify opportunities to extend vendor products and build custom solutions to maintain system health. Partner with internal stakeholders to co-design scalable solutions and guide complex migrations with minimal disruption.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing and scaling GitHub in a large engineering organization
- Experience leading large scale migrations
- Hands-on background in CI infrastructure, including platforms such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Buildkite, or similar
- Strong technical judgment
- Experience building trust and alignment with diverse internal stakeholders
- A bias for pragmatic outcomes
Desired Qualifications
- A history of operating at a scale that requires going beyond what vendor products offer out of the box
- You know when to build, when to buy, and when to migrate
