Job Summary
Lead the Architecture team by conducting regular 1:1s, creating growth plans with KPIs, and measuring individual performance. Prioritize work and set roadmaps with technical leads based on Product, Sales, and Marketing requirements. Manage daily operations through sprint planning, retrospectives, standups, and backlog tracking. Drive hiring by screening resumes and conducting interviews while coaching team members and managing external vendors via statements of work and progress tracking.
Required Qualifications
- Must be an excellent manager
- 5+ years of post-graduate experience
- Prior experience leading projects and scaling teams for growth
- Adept at project management: sprint planning, issue tracking, etc
- Flexible and effective in managing rapidly evolving team priorities and focus
- Must have background in computer architecture or an adjacent discipline
- familiarity with the technical problems and solutions in the field
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience working with outside vendors to deliver key engineering products
- Outstanding communication skills
