Job Summary
Lead the Product Engineering organization with end-to-end responsibility for Electric and Fluid Systems product lines, managing the full lifecycle from concept through production and sustainment. Drive innovation across new product development and R&D while ensuring robust support of the installed product base through sustaining engineering and value analysis activities. Maintain compliance with quality management system requirements, including design controls, configuration management, and product reliability standards. Balance hands-on technical oversight with team leadership to build organizational capability, coach talent, and champion the adoption of emerging technologies and scalable engineering processes. Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and foster long-term relationships.
Required Qualifications
- BS and/or MS degree in Mechanical or a related engineering discipline
- 3 + years leading engineering teams in a product development environment
- Responsible for performance management, talent development team building
- 5 + years design development electromechanical sensing fluid/electrical systems
- Proven ownership of products from concept thru production and sustainment
- Proven track record managing engineering project portfolios and workstreams
- Experience operating in regulated industries and familiarity with FAA certification
- Expert with design and analysis tools for data-driven development, problem solving
- US Citizenship required
