Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10-12 engineers while managing engineering resources, budgets, and project priorities. Drive product lifecycle activities and continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with global engineering teams and cross-functional departments to support engineering strategy and future product development efforts. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, 10+ years of engineering experience, and 2+ years of leadership experience within aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing. The position offers a highly visible leadership role with exposure to global teams, including a strong bonus and retirement package.
