Job Summary
Lead planning and delivery of engineering initiatives for the Activation team, ensuring projects meet quality standards, timelines, and business goals. Establish effective engineering processes including sprint planning, code reviews, and technical design reviews to enable predictable delivery. Partner with senior leadership to shape technical vision and collaborate with Product, Design, and stakeholders to align efforts with user needs. Build and grow a high-performing team through hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management while fostering a collaborative, feedback-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack software development experience
- 1-3 years in a people management role
