Job Summary
Engineering Manager leading a team of engineers across foundry, machining, and assembly operations; oversee capital project planning, budgeting, and execution; drive productivity improvements; develop and implement improvement projects; ensure documentation of engineering changes, SOPs, and work instructions; manage tooling and equipment design and procurement; support product industrialization and manufacturability assessments; champion safety and OSHA/compliance; 7+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience; strong CAD and manufacturing documentation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering capital and improvement projects
- Experience in foundry, machining, and assembly operations
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software and manufacturing documentation
- Knowledge of metallurgy and material properties, especially in casting and machining applications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
