Job Summary
Lead and mentor engineering teams while driving technical excellence and ensuring successful delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade software solutions. Oversee project execution, deliver robust, customer-centric software, and promote best practices in software engineering and modern development methodologies such as Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features. Provide coaching and feedback for engineers' growth. Ideal candidates will possess a strong technical background, leadership qualities, and experience in enterprise software, preferably within the supply chain or logistics domains.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in software engineering
- Five or more years in engineering management or technical leadership roles
- Strong background in software architecture and system design
- Hands-on development experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Understanding of security, performance, and compliance in enterprise-grade software
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain or logistics domains
- Solid foundation in AI-related topics such as machine learning
- Familiarity with languages and frameworks such as TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Comfort with backend technologies like Java, Python, Spring Boot, Express.js and Django
