Job Summary
Lead a team of engineers while actively participating in product design, technical problem-solving, and manufacturing support. Oversee new product development and existing product improvements by evaluating design concepts, technologies, feasibility, costs, and resource requirements. Manage engineering projects, budgets, schedules, documentation, and performance reporting while partnering with operations, quality, commercial teams, and customers to define requirements and support business growth. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 6+ years of engineering experience, and 4+ years of direct leadership. Preferred experience includes aerospace, defense, thermal-management, or environmental-control components.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in engineering, mechanical design, product development, or a related discipline
- 4+ years of direct leadership experience
- Strong proficiency with CAD design and engineering tools
- Experience supporting engineered products in a manufacturing environment
- Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
Desired Qualifications
- Aerospace, defense, thermal-management, environmental-control, or related component experience
