Job Summary
Engineering Level 1 role responsible for maintaining the resort facilities to the highest standards. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, inspecting mechanical rooms, pools, and HVAC, responding to maintenance requests, assisting with events setup, and maintaining detailed records. Requires at least 3 years of maintenance experience in hospitality, open availability with weekend/holiday shifts, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, strong interpersonal and grooming standards, and a clean driving/criminal record.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance-related field, preferably in hospitality or luxury resort settings
- Must have open availability and be willing to work weekends and holiday shifts
- Ability to manage time effectively and perform tasks with minimal supervision
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with various departments and colleagues
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for prolonged durations
- Ability to maintain a professional and clean appearance in line with company policies
- Clean driving and criminal records required
