Job Summary
Design and improve scalable software solutions using Java, Springboot, and React while ensuring secure coding practices and optimized performance. Lead cross-functional collaboration to define requirements, devise strategies, and drive large programs with industry-aligned frameworks. Manage resources, budgets, and policies to deliver continuous improvements and mitigate risks in alignment with strategic priorities. Advise stakeholders on functional impact, guide technical direction for multi-year assignments, and foster a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
